Your thankfulness items are wonderful. I'm sure you are more aware lately of family meaning. I did a thankfulness journal, just a short paragraph per day when I was in a very blue time and I found it very helpful. It gave me a better perspective.
Wow -- I was thinking of this same "Grateful for..." -- I have it set up later this week.

PS -- I have done the same and for the same reason. When I feel blue or angry or bitter or just frustrated and overwhelmed, it is a humbling and calming thing to recount my blessings.
