I keep feeling vaguely guilty and like I need to be doing something. Then I realize that what I am feeling is, "I do not have a sermon prepared and better get to it!" Weird. Well, after 10 years of sermons maybe not so weird? Well, it feels weird.
Oh my ... a lot has happened since I last stopped by here ... hope you will be able to share the whole story soon. I understand how weird it feels not to write a sermon. Took me 6-12 months to quit missing it. Prayers that your next "gig" is as great as mine is!

I suppose that would feel weird so perhaps you can take that instinctual ability an put it to good use writing your book:)
That is a very good idea! So I need to schedule writing every Saturday afternoon for a while.
Well, I'm worship assistant tomorrow, so channel yourself into me.

Yes, schedule in something creative! A book is a wonderful idea. A few nice sharp pencils and a big pad of A4 lined paper - bliss!
Thank you for your prayers. I was overwhelmed that you should do that for me. They are still needed. Thank you.
And how did this morning (Sunday) go? Did you sleep in? Find yourself at loose ends? Relax and enjoy the renewal of a day totally off?
Slept in. Putzed around making breakfast. Turned on praise and worship music. Big mistake. Turned it off. Played CCR instead. Did fine! :-)
It does not feel like Sunday!
