They're Here

The family arrived Saturday night. After church this morning, their stuff was unloaded into the storage unit and our basement (thank you, Jubilee people). Trinity's room is arranged, and she already seems quite cheerful and contented. Her mommy says she was fussy during the move, so perhaps she now realizes that she has "landed" and it happens to be at Papa and Grandma's house. She got here just in time to don her Tigger costume and go trick or treating down the street with Mommy and Daddy today. It was drizzly and cold, so the fleecy Tigger costume was just right. Rex the dog is fine, except he keeps looking for his bed. The cats (especially Princess Patches who has had her kingdom invaded) are wary. There is a fair amount of hissing and caterwauling going on. Kris and I are looking for places to put her plants, and they are finding their clothes. Son in Law has a job interview tomorrow. :-) Good night...yawn.

sounds like a Norman Rockwell kind of home! All warm and cozy. Praying blessings over all of you and especially for an awareness that the Lord is in this and he is at work. Amen? Amen!

Trick or treating early? Those Cheeseheads sure are weird! Have they no sense of tradition?

Norman Rockwell? Ha! That would be nice, huh?

As for trick or treating a week before Halloween, I don't get it either? I mean, what is wrong with just doing it on Oct. 31st? Dunno.
