Finding wisdom, music, story,
and a prayer for the journey...
Welcome home. (((((hugs)))))) and a nice hot cup of virtual tea here for you when you're up.
I left a comment right after your mother died but for some reason it did not post, so let me try again:I am so very sorry for your loss. I know that she had been in much distress and that it was time for the next stage on her journey, but the loss of a mother is such a hard thing, regardless of the circumstances. You have been in my prayers and will continue to be.
I pictured hugging an owl, because of your owl picture. Maybe that would be tricky. Hey, my daughter used to work at a place called sleepy owl.
Was looking forward to seeing you today, but with this ice...eek! We were coming to Jubilee for church and lunch afterward. Get some rest, you are loved.
Thanks for the virtual hugs, CH and PG. :-) Dear G.G., I have been praying for you in your grief --so much deeper--but yes, hard to lose a mother at any time. PG, picturing you hugging an owl made me LOL. And M2P, I would love to see you and Ray next week, at Jubilee and at El Camino too. Honey worked on a little memory table for today, but it will be there next week too, but some additions from the funeral like little rememberance cards, etc.
